Schools hold some of the most sensitive records about children and families. This is how we look after them.
Every school kept apart
Each school has its own address and its own records. One school can never see another school's pupils, fees or results.
The right access for every role
Principals, teachers, accountants, parents and students each see only what their role allows. The school sets the roles, and can suspend an account at any time.
Two-step sign-in
Staff can protect their accounts with a one-time code from an authenticator app. Platform owner access is protected the same way.
An audit trail
Who changed a score, approved a result, took a payment or edited a record is written down and cannot be quietly removed.
Backups and read-only safety
Your data is backed up. When a subscription lapses, records become read-only first and are never deleted without notice.
Your data stays yours
Export pupils, results and finance to Excel, CSV or PDF whenever you like. Pupil records are used only to run your school.
Payments go straight to the school
Fees are paid into the school's own payment account. Receipts carry a code anyone can check.
Private files
Letterheads, certificates and documents are kept in private storage and shown only to people allowed to see them.
